Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is more than a regulatory requirement - it’s a space for thoughtful reflection, skill-building, and steady professional growth. Whether you’re early in your practice or looking to deepen your clinical work, supervision should feel grounded, collaborative, and genuinely useful to your day-to-day work with clients.
I offer clinical supervision that aligns with the expectations of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario while also being responsive to your unique style, strengths, and areas for growth. My approach is practical, relational, and rooted in respect for your clinical judgment.
What You Can Expect
Our work together will focus on helping you feel more confident, clear, and ethically grounded in your practice. Supervision sessions may include:
Reflecting on client work with attention to therapeutic process and outcomes
Strengthening case conceptualization and clinical decision-making
Exploring ethical considerations and professional standards
Building awareness of self-of-the-therapist and use of self in session
Supporting documentation practices that meet CRPO expectations
Navigating challenges such as impasse, burnout, or uncertainty
My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly about your work—what’s going well, what feels stuck, and where you want to grow—without fear of judgment.
My Approach
I work from a collaborative and integrative lens. That means I won’t impose a single model or way of working (though I would be thrilled to work with you on some of my favourite models). Instead, we’ll build on what already fits for you while expanding your clinical toolkit. I will offer honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when it supports your development.
Supervision with me is not about “getting it right”—it’s about becoming more intentional, ethical, and effective in how you show up with clients.
Who I work with
I provide supervision to:
Qualifying and Registered Psychotherapists working toward CRPO requirements
Therapists seeking ongoing consultation or additional support

Supervision is available individually or in dyadic pairs, depending on your needs and preferences. Sessions are structured to ensure they meet CRPO requirements for supervision hours and documentation.
Individual Supervision: $160 per session
