I’m a CRPO-registered psychotherapist with 12 years of experience, based in Kitchener-Waterloo and offering virtual therapy across Ontario. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — people who felt stuck, uncertain, or held back by anxiety, self-doubt, or painful experiences.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in genuine curiosity about your story. I believe we all have the strengths and resources we need to create change — sometimes we just need help uncovering them.
